In October 2016 I began a nutrition course which will enable me to talk with more authority on the subject, as well as prepare personal eating plans for you.
I believe strongly in eating with your belly, not with your mind. I don’t believe in diets, I believe in sustainable lifestyle.
Eating should be something we enjoy.
You should not slip into obsessive planning, overthinking or deprivation of favourite foods. That said, you will have to learn how to ‘moderate your menu’ and that’s what I intend to provide some direction on.
